The base camp of JITN and for jazz lovers in Hong Kong. Judging from the decoration of their main staircase, this venue was renovated with the purpose of jazz shows; inviting world-class artists and providing the stage for local artists to perform.
The acoustic of the concert hall could be nice in the middle while sacrificing the quality on both sides, and the view from the wings was greatly obstructed by the pillars and their rather flat construct of the seating.
A bit small but the seats are comfortable and the auditorium is nice.
The venue is superb as it allows the orchestra to produce very great sound to the audience.
On March 19, 2024, my wife and I came here to support a relative’s string performance competition. Although we weren’t judges, we made our judgments nonetheless. In the end, it was judged that the performance of our relative’s team was the best, officially and unofficially!
Convenient location, nearby bus stops, MTR, and plenty of food options. The performance hall has a great sound. I've enjoyed all of the concerts I've been to here.
