Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung Hotel

We stayed here as a family. We were very satisfied. We made use of the lounge and breakfast, and the service was excellent in both cases, allowing us to have a lovely time. The room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle bus to the airport and the nearest station was also very convenient. It was a bit tricky to get here from Disneyland, so we used Uber.

We had five day stay at this property we had amazing stay , best part was service for the floor staff Jesica and Anna .
They are the best , if you have the opportunity ask the front desk to allot you the room on 16 th floor . They took care for all our needs and especially took care for our children’s need and played with them .
Our kids became friends with them and use to greet them every morning .

Over all our stay was amazing but service from floor stay was above and beyond

It’s really close to Hong Kong Airport—only about a 20-minute drive away. Overall, the hotel is excellent. The rooms are very quiet, and I absolutely loved the bed and pillows. This was the first time I’ve slept so deeply in a hotel.

The shower was also great, with strong water pressure. The breakfast was very generous, offering a wide variety of both Asian and European options.

The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to Central Gate Mall every hour, which was very convenient. There is also a 7-Eleven just across the road, which is an extra advantage and made my stay even more comfortable

​I stayed two nights at the Sheraton and experienced good service overall. In particular, Mark (a Korean staff member) was amazing; he always had a smile on his face and provided excellent customer service. The cleaners on the 15th floor were also very friendly, and the restaurant staff were good as well.
​However, some of the doormen and the swimming pool reception staff could improve their service. They weren't rude, but they weren't polite either—it felt like they were just going through the motions. When you work in customer service, it's important to greet guests with a smile when speaking to them.

We had a truly enjoyable stay at Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung Hotel, and we would like to express our sincere appreciation for the outstanding hospitality provided throughout our visit. The hotel also offers a convenient shuttle service, which can be found at Terminal 2, platform 9–15 (if I am not mistaken) making transportation much easier for guests.

A special thank you to Ms. Sunny at the front desk for her warm welcome and for thoughtfully arranging chocolate cakes and breakfast for us. Her kindness and attention to detail made our stay especially memorable. The breakfast was absolutely worth it, offering both quality and variety that exceeded our expectations.

We are also grateful to Sachal from Guest Services for assisting us with our luggage and escorting it to our room. He was exceptionally attentive and took the time to explain the hotel environment and facilities in detail, which made us feel more comfortable and well informed from the moment we arrived.

Our sincere thanks also go to Daisy from Sunset Grill for her friendly and welcoming service. She kindly helped us choose our drinks and contributed to a very pleasant dining experience.
