A convenient way to travel between the higher part and lower part of Sai Ying Pun via a historical monument

A historic building and one of the many haunted places in Hong Kong due to its past as an insane asylumn and others. The facade is open to the public.

Said to be an old psychiatry asylum. The whole building complex with elevation revitalised from the old building which has been upkept in good condition. There are community services run inside the community complex by Social Services Department, YWCA, St. James Settlement at various levels which include community services and dormitory.
