Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour View Hotel

This is one of my favorite hotel stays! The view from our room was incredible over looking the bay. We literally had on luxurious robs the last night watching the lights and the moon rise over Hong Kong harbor. The staff and amenities were great! I would highly recommend it!

Overall, it is good for this hotel but still has room for improvement. In terms of service, I found that there was not enough staff both in the Front Office and Club Lounge when they were busy. I stayed here for 6 nights, and the food was quite the same every day in both the restaurant and club lounge. Room conditions, I wish they could do it better because there was scratching on the headboard, damage to the floor, etc.

When designing the itinerary, both Gemini and DeepSeek recommended the Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour View Hotel, and it turned out to be an absolute flawless choice. The hotel's location is unbeatable, especially the views from the executive lounge. Both the lounge breakfast and the scenery were truly unforgettable. More importantly, the hospitality here is top-notch—every staff member was incredibly polite.

The reception team was highly professional and patiently listened to our needs. They even went above and beyond, checking with the manager on duty to secure the maximum benefits for us as elite members. For this reason alone, it’s hard not to come back next time. If there is any downside, the hotel facilities are a bit dated. However, considering this is Hong Kong where every inch of land is worth its weight in gold, it is completely understandable. I look forward to its future renovation and upgrade, which I believe will make it even more exceptional.

Superb Hospitality with a Stunning Harbour View. My fiancé and I stayed in a Deluxe Harbour View Room with an excellent view overlooking Victoria Harbour. What truly made the experience memorable was the exceptional hospitality from the team. As I was celebrating my birthday, the hotel thoughtfully prepared a birthday cake for me in advance. The staff (especially Timmy) were very attentive and even provided recommendations for alternative indoor activities, nearby foods and plans due to the poor weather conditions that day. Professional, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming service throughout the stay. Thanks to the Renaissance team for making the trip special. Would gladly stay again.

Staying at Renaissance Harbour View Hotel
Hong Kong was definitely the best option, from the first day of arrival until the last day. We were greeted by such lovely and welcoming staff, very proactive, full attention to detail and very professional. Always finding ways of making our stay even better.
Big shoutout to Patty Imthanavanich, she was the first person to welcome us to the hotel, very attentive and caring, always ready to assist us with our inquiries. As well Timmy Chau, very proactive and professional Manager, always there to help us regarding anything we needed.
Also want to mention Stanton Lee, very attentive Director and supervising that everything is done up to Renaissance standards which we have experienced and are very high standards.
Special mention to Edward at Dynasty
Restaurant, very professional and with an eye for detail plus very cautious regarding my shrimp allergy in a restaurant where most of the dishes have seafood, as well responding to all our questions regarding the menu and always checking out on our table. And last mention for concierge Henry, very fast and effective.
Regarding the hotel, very well connected, close to the convention center, but the star in my opinion (besides the wonderful staff) is the Dynasty Restaurant, the food is so good it feels like your grandma is the one cooking and makes you feel at home, it's the perfection on a plater, and the staff very attentive, there wasn't a single time where my cup of tea was empty. It is a 10/10 restaurant, the best I've ever tried.
The overall experience has been more than perfect, if we go back to Hong Kong we will be definitely coming back to this Renaissance as well recommending it to family and friends.
