Pentalounge, Tuen Mun

Food not much options but definitely a good choice for dating, family gathering and business meetings. Unbelievable that TM has such a decent place for hang out! Worth spending more than a dime!

Food so so. I have visited this restaurant few times and booked with Eatigo 2 times. I don't recall having good food or good services in this restaurant especially the 2 times I went with Eatigo, the manager / supervisor (male) would make us feel unwelcomed such as chase us away, not smiling when serving, specifically mentioned restrictions for Eatigo customer in impolite way such as reminded twice 'Eatigo' customer only allowed to eat 90 mins even though the whole restaurant only us. For example today we asked for a box to take away the fried chicken as it's not fully cooked (not to mention it tasted quite poor as the big piece of chicken breast is quite dry and tasteless). First he answered no box allowed for 'Eatigo' customer as the price already discounted, then we only said actually it taste raw, we couldn't eat it. He then brought our plate to the kitchen and took it out again and said the chef said it's fully cooked. The way he insisted it's fully cooked without listening to the customer at all was rude. He leave us nowhere but wasted a dish not eating. I have given few tries to this restaurant and still get the same bad feeling, don't think I should ever visit here again.
Other lady waitresses were good.
If possible, Pentalounge management please give us a proper answer this time. Thanks.

I'd have very much liked to give this a higher rating. I'll first talk about breakfast at Pentalounge, which I must say is quite lovely. It has plenty of variety, its quiet, and the price is very reasonable.

The same cannot be said for their dinner however. While the prices are still fair, the quality of food takes a dramatic fall. Ive had both fish and chips, as well as I believe a fillet of ribeye.

While the beef was for the most part alright if a little overcooked, the fish was absolutely disappointing. It arrived at the table a lovely golden brown with a light batter which i must say was very inviting, however the fish was massacred. It did not flake as a white fish should and unfortunately the batter didnt stick as it should. Id have to equate it to a plate full of mush.

That said the chips were spot on, and the Pentabeer offered here is quite refreshing.

The servers are rather friendly, and the atmosphere is quite nice, and its a real shame the dinner doesnt match the rest of the positives.

Good restaurant and quiet.
