A 4-star hotel doesn't provide bathrobes, and I spent ages looking for a hairdryer. The bathtub was completely dry; my fingers bled after twisting it a couple of times. They also refused to change my room. The view from the window was all skyscrapers. I wouldn't recommend staying there. Even the watermelon at the buffet was rotten... speechless.
