The staff provided excellent service, and our entire family was very satisfied.

The breakfast was also delicious.

The whole hotel had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and it was the best hotel we have ever stayed at.

When we were choosing where to have dinner, the staff gave us helpful recommendations and guided us appropriately. The housekeeping was also excellent, and our children were very happy throughout our stay.

An unparalleled birthday experience at the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong. From the moment I arrived, I was treated like royalty. The arrival experience was smooth, warm, and incredibly attentive.

The team surprised me with a beautiful cake, balloons, and sparkling tea to enjoy while taking in the fantastic view from my room. The thoughtful touches continued the next day with luxurious bath amenities and rose petals prepared for a relaxing evening experience.

Breakfast buffet was exceptional with such a wonderful selection, and dinner at the Krug Room was simply extravagant and delicious. Every interaction throughout my stay was attentive, polished, and genuinely caring.

I am absolutely blown away by the level of service and hospitality. Truly the best birthday ever — I felt so happy, spoiled, and celebrated. Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong has set a completely unparalleled standard, and I will most definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at the Mandarin Oriental HK, we were made to feel so very welcome from the moment we stepped in. Daniel at reception took the time to get to know more about us and our stay and made it such a personal experience that made this hotel stay special. We were lucky to experience the mandarin club which is a lovely space that allows for relaxation. They serve breakfast there which was nice and quiet. Furthermore there is also a fantastic afternoon tea which we very much enjoyed. Special thanks to Alyssa who was so warm and welcoming during our stay and made sure that we were well looked after. The staff at the Mandarin club, especially Vangie and Arcmond worked tirelessly throughout the day to make our stay so enjoyable. They took the time to really get to know us which we really appreciated. The room was very comfortable and spacious with a lovely turndown service. Housekeeping made sure that our room was always exceptionally clean and well stocked.

Beautiful rooms. Great water pressure and fabulous pillows! If you include breakfast, you have 2 restaurant options, a buffet restaurant or an a la carte. We stuck with the traditional buffet, because I like variety. The room is lovely and the options are plentiful. Great helpful and kind staff! Perfect location. Always a treat to be here.

Amazing service with attention to detail. I've never said this about a place before, but the housekeeping really stood out as above and beyond. I enjoyed the clipper restaurant and oriental mandarin club as well. The room itself was nice but I could tell it was a little dated. My 5 year old also loved the place. Overall, I have to give the place 10 out of 10 since the service was just so good.
