I didn't do my research beforehand. I saw your company at a wedding expo and thought it looked pretty good, so I placed an order. But after seeing the overwhelmingly negative reviews online, I immediately became hesitant to entrust my wedding to you. Even just hoping for a decent suit was a disaster.

You couldn't even manage the most basic thing like scheduling a time and place. I had to go to your old office and feel the door knocker to find out you'd moved. The entire suit order process required constant reminders and prompting before delivery. If you didn't know better, you'd think I was your secretary.

And then there's the suit itself. I'm not a sewing expert, but even with custom tailoring, the vest was always the wrong size, and the trousers were the wrong length. Fine, but the trouser alterations were done on the spot with a sewing kit, one stitch at a time, begging for the right time to shorten them? And the vest—you just found some fabric and sewed it on, with visible stitching, and then I had to wait three months without following up! This whole thing is even worse than the finished products from a secondary school sewing class.

The goods have been delivered, and all the money has been paid. I'm so grateful to the person who badmouthed you online, because I didn't fall for their trick. If you keep doing things this way, your business acumen will lead to your demise sooner or later.

Terrible! My husband and I joined this company for our wedding in Bali in 2018. Their attitude changed drastically after we signed up for their package; the service was terrible, and they were often unresponsive. Their work was completely unprofessional. When we went to pick up our pre-ordered wedding dress and suit just before we left, they told us they didn't know we had booked a package and that we'd have to schedule a time to pick them up later! They said we'd receive the story film and photo album a month after the wedding, but it's been two and a half months and we still haven't received them, and we have to follow up every week. I'm furious! Sisters, please don't join this company! I'm speaking from personal experience and don't want anyone else to fall for their tricks.

Excellent one stop service, staffs of Guam were professional and friendly. Reasonable package price.
