Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong

As someone who works in the service industry, I have incredibly high standards, but the team at the Four Seasons Hong Kong completely blew me away. The level of attentiveness here is unmatched. The staff genuinely preempts your needs before you even have to ask.

A massive shoutout to Simon, Ken, James, and the rest of the front-of-house team on duty during our stay. Right before we left for the airport, they noticed I needed to pack all my new shopping into my bags. Instead of letting me scramble in the middle of the lobby, they immediately guided me to a quiet, private corner to pack comfortably, and had a staff member waiting the second I finished to take my bags straight to the taxi.

On top of the flawless service, the room service food was absolutely delicious and totally exceeded our expectations! Rooms are spacious and clean, I really loved the different modes of lighting that you can easily choose. From lightning-fast room requests to genuine warmth at every turn, this is exactly what makes the Four Seasons stand out above the rest. Flawless 2-night stay. We will absolutely be back!

Our recent stay at the Four Seasons Hong Kong was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the experience felt intentional, seamless, and genuinely warm. If you are looking for a central location with world-class links and a child-friendly atmosphere, this is it.

The Room: Superior Harbour Suite (4.5/5)
​Traveling as a family of three, space and privacy are a priority, and this suite delivered. The layout is incredibly roomy, offering a nice sense of separation for the master bedroom. The beds were among the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in, and the harbour views are simply iconic.
​We loved the massive main bathroom (plus the convenience of a second guest toilet). It’s also worth noting their commitment to sustainability—the amenities felt premium but purposeful. To be total nitpickers: being on the 29th floor, you’d occasionally hear a faint siren or a loud motor from the streets below, but the insulation is otherwise fantastic. It’s a minor point in an otherwise flawless room.

​The facilities are in mint condition. Whether it was the gym, the spa, or the pool, nothing felt "tired" or worn out. The pool area, in particular, offers breathtaking views and a sense of openness—nothing here feels pokey or cramped.

​The lounge is a wonderful, quiet escape from the busier parts of the hotel. The breakfast spread is amazing and the food selection is consistently high quality. If we’re being very specific compared to other global lounges, the variety of certain items felt a little more curated/limited, but everything served was strictly premium.

​This is where the Four Seasons truly shines. The service isn't just professional; it’s intuitive. The staff have a knack for knowing exactly who you are and adding "extra magic" to special occasions without being prompted. For those traveling with kids, they are masters at making the little ones feel just as welcome as the adults. They really went out of their way to make us feel at home.

​The Four Seasons made our visit to Hong Kong feel incredibly special. It is a rare find to have a hotel that feels this elevated while remaining so authentically child-friendly. We’ll be back in a heartbeat.

Mark my words, this is the best hotel that you can ever stay at. The staff are awesome and they go out of their way to make your stay perfect. The rooms are modern, and all so comfortable. If you eat at the restaurants, the food is phenomenal as there are 3 restaurants that are Michelin rated and even the other restaurants are very good. Don't miss the breakfast buffet. It's a great way to start the day!

Just arrived from Singapore and was picked up straight from the airport (complementary Singapore airlines) and taken directly to the Four Seasons. Check-in was effortless and smooth, and from the moment I arrived the service was exceptional.

The room is absolutely next level, with breathtaking skyline and harbour views that are simply mesmerizing. I could easily sit and admire the view for hours. The location is fantastic as well, with sky bridges connecting to several shopping malls. It takes a little exploring at first and you might get turned around until you learn the layout, but once you do it’s incredibly convenient.

This is easily the top hotel in Hong Kong. The service is flawless, the amenities are world-class, and the dining options are outstanding. The hotel is home to some of the best restaurants in the city, including the first three-star Michelin Cantonese restaurant in Hong Kong.

To top it all off, the pool is incredible and truly one of the best hotel pools in the world.

I just want to shout out Maggie in the spa. I had her twice as my masseuse and she was incredible. I am considering flying across an ocean just to see her!

The hotel itself is pretty standard for Four Seasons. Beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious, elevators were fast and water pressure was great. Facilities like the spa, gym, and pool were well maintained and very inviting. Location above HK station and its proximity to Central station made it very convenient to walk to most places and take public transport.

Service was great, everyone was kind and helpful, and we even got a special treat in our room for my husband’s birthday.

My only real complaint, and it’s more of a preference, is the music that plays in the steam room and sauna could be more spa like and less soft 80’s pop.
