The service was good when I tried on the dress, but after I paid, the service was terrible. They said it was a final fit and could be altered if it didn't fit, but when I actually needed alterations, the staff kept saying it wasn't necessary! They even gave many reasons why they didn't want to alter it for me. Also, the dress was different from the one I tried on; it seems they ordered it from Taobao, which explains the inconsistent quality.

I've patronized this shop several times as a bridesmaid and recommended it to many friends. Even for my own wedding, I went back to this place. The shop is spacious and bright, with a wide variety of colors and styles. Even if the shop doesn't have the color you want, you can choose from the color catalog. If you can suggest going during off-peak hours, the owner will be much busier, and you can get better advice from her. She's truly professional, has a great memory, and highly recommended!

Since I was buying clothes for my siblings, I thought I'd also ask if they had any for my brother and father. They said it was all the same, just add a suit jacket. So I asked one of my family members to try them on. Turns out they only had a few suit jackets, and none in their size. They were already quite bulky, but I figured I'd come all this way and ordered anyway. But after I paid, they said it would be three months before they'd have any, and by then it would be mismatched again. Three months? That's ridiculous! Are they going to raise sheep again to re-bleed and re-make the clothes? Other shops have them in two weeks, and they didn't even mention that initially. If you've been preparing your wedding clothes for a year, then of course there's no problem. Otherwise, don't even think about this shop.
