Conrad Hong Kong

We had a small hiccup when we first checked in, as our booking was mistakenly assigned to a Mountain View room instead of the Panoramic View room we had reserved. However, the manager on duty handled the situation professionally and made sure we were transferred to the correct room as soon as possible. We really appreciated how efficiently everything was resolved.A special thank you to the two Filipino bellmen—Sammy and Reyy (I hope I remembered their names correctly)who were incredibly helpful during our room transfer. They assisted us every step of the way and made the process completely hassle-free.The Panoramic View room was absolutely worth it. The view of the Hong Kong skyline was breathtaking, and I could honestly spend the entire day just sitting by the window watching the city. We stayed for 9 days, and there were days when I didn't even feel the need to leave the hotel because I enjoyed the room so much.

The pool was another highlight. It was peaceful and never felt crowded, and I especially loved swimming at night while admiring the glittering Hong Kong skyline. One of the Filipino staff members looking after the pool was also exceptionally kind. He gave us great recommendations on where to go and shared tips on the easiest ways to get around Hong Kong, which made exploring the city much more convenient.

Would definitely stay in Conrad again the next time I visit HK.

This wasn’t my first time in Hong Kong, but this hotel completely surprised me, in the BEST possible way. The location is beautiful, and the view from our room was absolutely stunning. I couldn’t stop looking out the window!

One of the best things is that the hotel is directly above a shopping mall, which is incredibly convenient. It’s also just a short walk to the harbour, where I highly recommend taking an evening stroll. There’s also a lovely famous park nearby that’s perfect for relaxing.

If you’re looking for a bit more adventure, there are great hiking trails not far away. This is definitely a place you’ll remember long after your trip.

As someone who had access to the Executive Lounge, I can also say it was excellent.

This is our second stay at Conrad HK, the last time in 2012 and it didn't disappoint (4 nights). The hotel had aged over the years, but it is obvious that it was still very well maintained. The service from the entire team at the hotel was impeccable. I can tell there was great care in cleaning the room. The room was spacious and this was one of my favorite washroom layouts with the double sink and private toilet. We booked the Victoria Harbour view room with club access and it was worth it to us. I loved the view of the higher floor (we were right under club level with pretty much the same view). We used the club level daily, as it was a quiet resting place for some drinks and snacks after a hot day, before going out again for the evening. I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast - the fresh juices were really good and food was high quality. Service was excellent and efficient, it is clearly a well-run operation. The location was super convenient being able to walk right to Pacific Mall and Admiralty station is a major transfer hub that is only one stop from Central / HK station. If I come to Hong Kong again, I wouldn't hesitate to book Conrad again.

Our stay at the Conrad exceeded all expectations. It was the little details that made it so memorable. As we were celebrating our honeymoon, the team surprised us with a thoughtful gesture and did everything they could to make our stay special.

Communication was excellent from the start—they checked in with us via email before we arrived, and once we had checked in, they even sent us a WhatsApp message to make sure everything was perfect.

Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, whether it was arranging a taxi, responding to room service requests, or helping with anything we needed. The doormen and concierge team were exceptional.

The hotel itself is fantastic. The gym is modern, spotless, and well equipped, the pool team provided outstanding service, and the buffet breakfast was one of the best we've had. Our room was comfortable, with an incredibly comfy bed and pillows, and the lifts were always quick and efficient.

The location is also perfect, with many attractions within walking distance and easy access to public transport.

We travel frequently, and the Conrad is genuinely among the best hotels we've stayed at for customer service. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our honeymoon so special. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again and are already looking forward to our next visit.

A long-overdue review.
​Although the hotel is not brand new, it is exceptionally clean and comfortable, offering a wonderful room view. Most importantly, when an issue arose, the General Manager handled it brilliantly. His swift and professional response truly reflects a genuine 5-star standard. With its prime location and top-tier management, this hotel is undoubtedly my top choice for both leisure and business trips in Hong Kong.
