ClubONE The Victoria

I've been coming for dim sum many times and I feel they may have some of the best quality dim sum for the price. With their membership program, the price is 80% on weekends and 70% on weekdays which makes it high quality dim sum at middle tier prices.

You can tell that their fried items are fried fresh because the bite is crisp and clean. The 腸粉 have very smooth and thin skin.

The service has also always been good. Soy sauce comes on the side for 腸粉 which means they are confident in the quality of their shrimp. I've ordered their meats (烧肉， 叉烧) a couple times and they are always well made and not too fatty.

Some of the specialty items, noodles, and rice are just ok. So stick to the dim sum.

Had a very joyful and memorable wedding at ClubOne the Victoria. The venue location is convenient, just right around the corner of TST. Thanks for the Floor Manager, Joyce for the set up and the control of the venue. And Janice, our wedding planner+MC, she helped us plan and execute our perfect wedding. We want to say a very big thank you to all the staff who helped to run our wedding smoothly.

Went there for a wedding banquet. The venue was spacious and the harbour view was great. However the food quality was average. Couldn't name 1 out of the 10 course meal that impressed. The service was below average - I felt for the old lady hostess serving our table. She was friendly and genuine but she looked ill-trained in terms of hospitality etiquette. No one pour drinks (especially wine) to a full glass 😑.

Food:
Good variety. However, the portion sizes could be larger. For example, there was so little suckling pig. Poor Piggie. Also, the fish could be larger since everyone could only eat like a small little chunk of it as if we were war refugees in the 17th century. The taste is normal.

Service:
Attentive staff. Very cooperative and nice. Also proactive to help others.

Atmosphere:
Good atmosphere since it was a wedding. However, the disco lights were a bit too flashy and hurt my eyes.
