Good location with easy access by MTR or private cars. The function hall is big enough for 30 tables for banquet.
Visited there Saturday evening. Parked at P1 (outdoor parking space right outside of shopping mall), lined up for about 15 mins to enter. Dinning experience was 4/5 overall, service 4/5, food 5/5, venue 5/5. One area needs major improvement is the men's room which I found unacceptable. 1/5

Went here age ago for the summer dinner.
The dinner was held in the Grand ballroom, which was really grand just like its name.
It had tall ceilings, a nice stage and a grand carriage on the left.
Anyway the food served that day was designed for summer and it was refreshing and light that it consisted of seafood.
Attended my cousin's wedding at this reception hall. Good service, food was good and place was decent when it came to ambiance and decor.
