😡Unprofessional and irresponsible behavior of venue manager Natalie🔥

I really have to speak out.

🔸Chaotic contract and payment arrangements, verbal promises not matching facts

1. On the day of signing, Natalie, the manager, hadn't prepared a contract at all, yet demanded a deposit of 10,000 dollars on the spot, even asking if I minded waiting for her to print one immediately. The process was extremely unprofessional.

2. Natalie verbally promised that if the total spending for the event reached 30,000 dollars, there would be a 3,000 dollar rebate, plus a red egg and ginger. However, I was later informed that this offer only applied to Chinese food; this restriction was never mentioned during the contract signing! I feel misled and concealed.

🔸Serious food hygiene issues, careless handling

On the day of the event, a customer found a live cockroach in the middle of one of the croissants they were eating! 🪳 I immediately contacted Natalie, but she simply took back the bag and had the kitchen reheat a new batch, which was all. For such a serious hygiene issue as cockroaches in the food, her lack of any compensation or serious follow-up is extremely disappointing and unsettling.

🔸 Disappearance afterward, extremely irresponsible

After the event, I had important matters to follow up with Natalie via WhatsApp, but she only replied every few days, or sometimes didn't reply at all, completely ignoring the guests' follow-up issues. As the venue manager, such delays and perfunctory attitudes are absolutely unacceptable.

I initially had high expectations for your venue, but Natalie's behavior from signing the contract and on the day of the event to post-event follow-up has been unprofessional, irresponsible, and perfunctory, seriously undermining my confidence in your company.
