Had an exceptional experience with Circle Wedding! Super friendly team was incredibly flexible for our overseas wedding, easily accommodating a longer rental period without hassle.

When a red stain issue arose, they cleaned it promptly and handled everything with total understanding. Beautiful selection at very reasonable prices—I tried just 3 dresses and found the perfect one as they instantly understood my style.

Highly recommend for destination brides!!!

I noticed that there aren’t much reviews for circle wedding and the last one seems like it was made 2 years ago but I wanted to share my experience here.

I had literally THE BEST service here amongst all the bridal shops I visited and let me tell you, I was so traumatised from those shops and coming here was like a breath of fresh air. From the beginning, I did not feel judged or pressured into anything. I knew that they charged a small fee for trying on a couple of dresses which is fine, most if not all shops do this and their charges are reasonable. The shop is not big and it’s not fancy at all but they do have quite a good selection of dresses.

I had such a bad experience at other bridal shops that I was just ready to be treated badly here but circle wedding really amazed me. They did not use any pressure tactics to pressurise me into deciding once I finished trying the dresses and even gave me a couple of days to think about it. ALL bridal shops (mind you I visited at least 6-7 at this point) will make you agree to pay ON THE SPOT if not their big discounts (30-40%) would be forfeited the moment you step out of the shop which is so ridiculous. I felt so violated in those shops when choosing a wedding dress and evening gown is suppose to be a beautiful once in a life time activity.

I can assure you that circle wedding is the place to go, if you’re a first timer in choosing wedding gowns and not sure where to start, you can try circle and then move on to other shops and you will notice the drastic difference. I did not end up paying for the dress I wanted until a day later because after making my rounds I had been to quite a few more and was so disgusted by their service that I went back to circle wedding the next day and paid for the evening gown I wanted and they were so kind to let me try a couple more dresses even though it was a Saturday night and they were close to closing. They did not rush me at all and helped me take so many photos and arranged my dress nicely to fit my body.

With the bridal gown industry in Hk being so vile and competitive while treating their customers like absolute trash, I would say circle wedding is the only place that made me feel 100% at ease.

And to all brides, choose your bridal gown shops wisely, if you do not feel comfortable do not rent or buy from them because this is a long process of alterations, fittings and etc. DO NOT be pressured into making a decision especially if you’re not comfortable. I wish someone had told me this before I went into this process so I didn’t have to waste so much emotion and even give money to try dresses that I can’t even take pictures of (this is another story of me losing $3000 on trials at a shop actually very close to cjrcle wedding, which I’m sure you will know when you start trying gowns out in HK)

Circle wedding has the best service and best pricing. Do give them a chance.

I went there with my friend with the hopes of finding the perfect dress. But immediately upon arriving, I felt I was being judged. They also had limited selection of dresses. I didn't find anything that matched my criteria, however I did find one that was relatively nice which I wanted to try. The sales person then told me that I would have to pay ＄200 just to try it on. That is ridiculous as she didn't tell me this over the phone. Stay away if you don't want your wedding dress shopping experience ruined.
