Excellent points:
- Sales from the wedding exhibition never felt forced or pushy.
- Staff are Amazing. Have great patience and is extremly efficient.
- Photo taking in Paris was awesome Yu Chen, make up artist was crazy professional and hair and make up was EXCELLENT. Exactly what my other half wanted.
Kiwi, the photographer was professional and efficient. He knew the spots and had amusing yet clear instructions to lighten the mood.

Fair points
- They do boast over 300++ suits and dresses but they are a popular company. So many of the dresses are actually not avalible, they do however naturally choses similar ones in hopes to match ur taste.
Some suits also don't have sizes you would need
We did finally get some of our own dress which they happily accomodate during photo taking
- They did use our photo/vid as promotional materials. Minor misunderstand there. The makeup artist did ask us, but we only agreed for her to post, not the company, nevertheless they did put it down after asking.

Overall other minor good points.
They are punctual with their appointments.
Extememly prompt replies.

poor quality poor service!

My daughter and I were visiting from the United States when we found this shop. The employees helped her find her dream prom dress and had it tailored in an hour, so we could make our flight. The staff really wanted to give us the best for what we were looking for and literally worked miracles for us! They have a large selection of dresses to choose from and an excellent staff. They’ll help you find what you’re looking for and provide excellent service.

My Fiance went to this shop we rented two gowns from them. At first the service was appropriate. However on the last fitting today my fiance came home and started crying and I mean FULL On crying.
Once she was able to go into more detail she said she had been mistreated by the alteration lady who was yelling at her in front of all the customers. The alteration lady was yelling that she had to stay late and 20 people were waiting for dinner at home because of my fiance??? Clearly the fitting wasn't symmetrical so of course my fiance complained and got them to do a beter job(see photo attached).
Why was the staff yelling at my wife? Why did the manager not intervene? Is this therefore common practice?
