Unprofessional.

The first time we went up, they said I was too short to wear a mermaid dress.

I asked if they had any less sparkly wedding dresses.

They said where would a less sparkly dress look good? We didn't have any of those; they were all sparkly.

So I decided I wouldn't even consider their dresses.

When it was my mom's turn to choose, she specified no pink,

and no overly sparkly dresses.

She specifically picked out pink and very sparkly dresses.

She said the ones she picked out looked great.

And the ones we chose didn't look good. 🙄🙄

When it came time to choose my dad's dress,

they put out some bowties,

and told us to choose from a bunch of colorful, messy clothes.

It was a pile of junk.

She also specified no red or sparkly,

and just piled up some red ties. They came over and said Lingling looked good, even asking me why I wasn't pretty. I really wanted to swear. Finally, my dad and brother, after all that trouble, went and rented three men's outfits. Honestly, I wouldn't have brought 100 yuan from my wallet. I wouldn't recommend it.

I took my wedding dress and evening gown to Sister Qing for alterations. Sister Qing is such a kind person, meticulous in her work, and has excellent craftsmanship. She even fixed some minor issues with my wedding dress. After the alterations, the dress fit perfectly, and the price was very reasonable—it was totally worth it! I also felt that Sister Qing is a real joy to be around; she really puts her heart into making the bride look beautiful. With Sister Qing around, I feel so reassured. 💓
