The staff immediately became hostile towards customers who didn't opt ​​for an immediate CFM (Cash for Customers) package.

One of the staff members was incredibly talkative and rude, speaking very meanly. They even tried to smooth things over as I was leaving, making me feel uncomfortable. They even said, "Every customer they serve receives an immediate CFM."

Actually, Hong Kong has many other bridal shops.

Why treat customers so rudely?

If their attitude were better, I might consider going back. But the terrible attitude of one staff member clearly demonstrates a lack of proper service and professionalism, making it difficult to have confidence in their overall service level.

Many large brand bridal shops in Hong Kong welcome photoshoots, and even some smaller shops do. Even if you don't choose them, they're willing to give you a souvenir. I really don't understand the intention behind not wanting to take photos for customers.

However, the biggest problem isn't the photoshoot itself, but the staff's attitude towards customers; it truly made me feel hard.
