Amazing experience at Loft Bridal from start to finish! Jacqueline and her team were so helpful, true professionals, with the best curated selection of dresses in the city. They were patient and let me take my time, never pressuring me to decide. Crystal and their seamstress were excellent with alterations — the dress fit perfectly on the day.
What made it truly special was a surprise Jacqueline arranged with my sister: sewing a heart from my late father's old shirt into my dress, and embroidering an Edelweiss flower on my veil, a tribute to his favorite song. They revealed this to me at my final appointment, and it was a truly touching moment.

They gave a lot of useful advices during the fitting so the gown was finally perfect fit for me!
