I had the worst experience ever with Kathy , she is a lazy and irresponsible wedding decor person. My dealings with her was terrible, each time I ask her something, she would take more than 48 hours to reply if not I had to constantly chase up with her. She also promised to get the florist to do some design but never did., instead it was a screenshot photos from IG and Pinterest. The only time she is being proactive is chasing for payment then she would ignore you after payment received.

On the day of our wedding, the person who came for set up for our venue did not even do a full complete job e.g candles were not lit up.

The whole experience was terrible. I would not recommend Evollove due the the poor experience we've had with Kathy.

Overall good experience. Professional and lots of options. My only recommendation is to relocate to an office space easier to find.
