Today we made an appointment with the betrothal gift shop to pick up the items we ordered. We agreed to pick them up before 10:30 AM, but the shop wasn't open yet. When we called the manager, she hadn't even gotten up yet. We were told to come at 11:30 AM, causing us to miss the auspicious time. The elders in our family were extremely dissatisfied; they were so happy, but ended up very angry. This shop is so insolent and irresponsible; we should absolutely not patronize them.
